Face Place cancellation policy

We understand Plans may change, and emergencies happen. In these cases, we respectfully Ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving us enough warning, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, and those waiting for open appointments miss the opportunity for treatment.

1.   At the time of booking, clients must pay in full, or pay a deposit of 1000czk

2.   In the case of cancellationsor re-scheduling, we charge a 1000czk surcharge if we are not notified within 48hrs. (taken from pre-payment)

3.   No-shows will be charged the full amount for the treatment.

4.   In the case of packages or bundle appointments, failure to notify us within 48 hours of a cancellation or re-scheduling will result in a 1000czk surcharge (to be paid upon your next visit)

5.   In the case of packages or bundle no-shows, the scheduled treatment will be forfeit.
